Supply Chain Specialist

• Negotiate the purchase prices with international suppliers (more often with Chinese suppliers)
• Arrange the on-time purchase orders and transcontinental shipments of goods
• Ensure the best possible IPI (inventory performance index) within the country of destination
• Manage excess/aging inventory and storage fees at Amazon and 3PL
• Maintain effective and proactive relationships with service providers (suppliers, forwarders, 3PLs) to ensure support of existing and new operational requirements
• Investigate and timely communicate any possible risks that may have a significant impact on inventory replenishment variations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales plans execution for the brand

Requirements

• Recent graduates with a major in supply chain/logistics or with 1-3 years of experience in the supply chain field
• A plus would be having experience in supply chain management, and a huge plus would be having experience with Chinese markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Upper-intermediate English
