In the role of Senior Consultant, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review/analyse requirements specifications from the business needs, support the creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test.
For high-complexity projects, you will perform configuration, build application/process solutions, implement a deployment plan and resolve data migration issues and cut-over user issues.

About you
- 4 years bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or at least 2 implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Famp;O.
- At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes including Bank and Tax regularisations and configuring accounting requirements like IFRS 15, IFRS 16, etc.
- Experience in at least 5 of the following modules. Chart of Account, AP, AR, FA, GL, Cash and bank modules, Tax, Budgeting, Cost Accounting.
- Experience in designing the costing sheet, production posting, and production variances
- Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.
- Ability to understand and use advanced analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
- High-impact Communication skills in German and English
- Business Acumen amp; Customer Orientation
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of Proposal building methods
- Microsoft Dynamics FO/AX certifications preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations, documentation, and mapping current business processes
- Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
