Job Description
Class Trucks - part of the Girteka Logistics group, a company operating the largest fleet of trucks in Europe. We sell used tractor units and semi-trailers from the Girteka Logistics fleet to all regions of the world. Class Trucks was founded in 2010 when Girteka Logistics started to grow above 1,000 tractor units and the need to buy and sell more vehicles grew every year. Class Trucks offers a large selection of high-quality used trucks. If you like challenges and want to develop in an international, constantly growing company - we are looking for a Sales Assistant with remote work possibilities.
Responsibilities:
Searching for sales opportunities through Data Bases and transferring them to the sales department;
Handling customer inquiries by phone and e-mail;
Accepting current inquiries from customers, obtaining the necessary information and transferring it to the sales department;
Entering data into ERP and CRM systems;
Preparation of documents and necessary information for the sales department;
Cooperation with leasing companies as part of sales service - preparation, archiving and sending documentation;
Cooperation with the accounting department - issuing invoices or proforma invoices, archiving and transferring sales documents;
Support in the field of current administrative tasks and cooperation with other departments of the company, both from Poland and abroad.
What we expect from you:
Minimum 1 years of customer service experience;
Communicative German (C1);
Communicative English (C1);
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and processes;
Excellent communication, work organization, analytical and problem solving skills;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
Responsibility and logical thinking.
Renumeration:
5000 7000 PLN BRUTTO (depending on skills of candidate)
