Team Overview:
As part of the product amp; development team, you are part of the robust engine that supports Payability’s promise to our customers for friction-free financing! The product amp; development team includes product management team, project management team, QA testers, as well as a dedicated, collaborative engineering force. PMs and engineers partner together on various projects ranging from data science, machine learning, internal tools, customer-facing products. We support the end-to-end SDLC lifecycle for our projects as well as post-production support.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented person to conceptualize amp; deliver innovative product that allow our customers to interact more naturally with our services. As UX Designer you will be involved in wide range aspects of product development process, including brainstorming as well as content advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Creating low and high fidelity prototypes to facilitate feedback from our customers
- Working closely with product managers, engineering and other stakeholders to prioritize product work
- Facilitating workshops with engineers and product managers to agree on challenging solutions
- Identifying opportunities for design improvement
Requirements
- +4 years of experience building products for the consumer in SaaS environment
- Strong command of Sketch, Figma, InVision
- Ability to design out wireframes into a high-fidelity prototype
- Knowledge of how quantitative research can improve your designs
