Renewable energy brand Green Genius are developing solar and biogas projects across Europe: Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Italy etc. and seeks to be among TOP 25 renewable energy developers in continent. Sustainability is an important part of our daily life. By implementing modern renewable energy projects, we are contributing to reducing CO2 emissions and implementing circular economy principles.
This position offers you the chance to use your energy and use social media with content knowledge to make the world a better place. You will be our go-to-person to make Green Genius as a strong and well-known renewable energy developer in Poland. You will coordinate PR agency on creating positive image of the company, also will help to avoid communication crisis.
You will work together with Marketing and Communication team and get a lot of insights into the world of renewable energy. As a team member you will work together to create a strong and creative, attractive strategy for internal communication activities and social media with the aim to spread the awareness of green revolution.
As COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST, your main responsibilities will be:
- support the development of corporate communication strategies amp; tactics
- correspond with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of company developments
- work with experts across different departments, such as Operations, Development, Sales and Legal to prepare and align vital information
- own, lead and implement your own projects in internal amp; external communications, guided by your manager
Requirements
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- at least 2+ years of experience working with social media, content, and internal communication
- a degree in marketing, communications, or a similar degree program
- creative personality, eager to make things happen and to get the word out
- very good writing skills and good communication skills in English and Polish
- team player that can work well collaboratively as well as independently
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be very organized and punctual
- passionate about culture: understanding the impact and importance of good internal communication
