We have soft-launched Poland in 2020 and we are scaling quickly with a strong operational team in place on the ground. We’re looking for a highly motivated Head of Sales, passionate about the Tech startup environment and business expansion with the potential to become our Head of Sales for Poland and support our amazing General Manager Poland - Agnieszka Majewska.

The role

As the first member of the Sales team, you will be a true key asset for our expansion, focused on enterprise accounts. You will be joining one of the most promising last-mile-delivery start-ups in Europe, surrounded by serial entrepreneurs passionate about disrupting existing models throughout technology.

You will be working closely with our awesome General Manager, COO, and our great Commercial Heads from the UK, Spain, and France (Nicole, Eric amp; Dimitri).

Requirements

What will you do ?

  • Build and manage the local Sales team in Poland
  • Map strategically and target leads in our key verticals
  • Create amp; grow a sales pipeline for all our business lines
  • Present returns per business account to management and ensure reporting on implemented actions, established contacts, and signed deals
  • Ensure that your key accounts are satisfied by communicating their needs effectively to Account Management and Operations (once you help us out to select the best talent possible for your team )

Cross-department cooperation will mean for you:

  • Collaborate across teams (Product and Operations) to better focus client-facing efforts, taking initiative to identify issues and finding solutions
  • Build and deliver compelling demonstrations, pitches, and sales materials with the support of our Marketing team
  • Create and lead cross-team projects and contribute to the global commercial strategy
  • Represent Stuart's brand at various events such as fairs and conferences relevant to the market (hopefully soon in person )

What you can bring:

  • 5+ years of service with Enterprise accounts
  • Tendering for food, grocery, and/or e-commerce business amp; proven record in direct sales (prospecting, outreach, pitching amp; closure)
  • Experience in managing successful and fun sales teams!
  • Passionate about people, you are an excellent communicator, both in written and spoken Polish amp; English
  • Agile minded amp; solutions-oriented and also highly interested in food delivery, online grocery, and e-commerce
  • Enthusiastic and combative, you have a real power of persuasion with a hunter mindset
  • Curious, you want to know profoundly your product and the ecosystem of your targets
  • Pragmatic, you like to measure the financial impact of your actions
