This role will have broad responsibilities and will be accountable for data management in CRM, Sales Data, information for commission payments, management reporting and regular analysis for sharing with the wider team.
We are moving into new markets, developing fresh propositions from scratch, and driving disruption across the global mobility market. You will be self-sufficient, curious, fun to work with but difficult when you need to be.

Key Responsibilities
- CRM
- Data quality, user support, reporting and analysis audit data and take corrective action
- Creation of dashboards and reports
- CRM onboarding for new sellers and assist with updates when required
- Raise change requests and user acceptance testing of CRM changes
- Sales Effectiveness
- Liaise with Commercial, Marketing, and other teams on sales related matters
- Perform other duties assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems
- Sales Performance
- Sales Forecasting, data analysis and reporting
- Support Finance with CRM data of sales performance for commission payments
- Management reporting
- Process excellence and compliance
- Monitor compliance of established processes
- Bring ideas for improvements to processes and systems
- Ensure processes and guidelines are available to sellers in all geographies and best practice is consistently applied
- Contribute with ideas to process improvements in the end to end sales process
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Good command of English, verbal and written. Other languages beneficial (e.g. Dutch or German)
- Attention to details not afraid to get stuck in to details to solve a query
- Proven work experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, CRM support
- Hands on experience with CRM a must! (Salesforce gives advantage) Also MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint). Jira knowledge is useful.
