• Developing scalable automated testing strategies
• Providing solutions to technical issues in testing
• Ensuring compliance with standards and best practices in test automation by providing support for other testers
• Being a technical mentor for testers
• Evaluating and providing approach for optimization, improvement amp; maintenance of automated test assets
• Performing code reviews
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3 + years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or Test Automation Lead
• Practical knowledge of automation frameworks (ex.: Cypress, nest.js/ supertest, Postman)

• Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience with integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines
• At least good command of written and spoken English (you will cooperate with other developers’ team based in Poland and Brasil)
• Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to the QA team members and developing their knowledge about test automation
• Fluent Polish is a must
