Job Description

We are thrilled that our Outbound Sales Team is growing, so right now we are looking for a new Market Researcher. Do you like numbers and complex data analysis? Are you keen on innovations and latest trends, constantly looking for improvements? Is problem solving and supporting others your thing? If you answered yes three times, it means it’s exactly YOU we’re looking for.


As a Market Researcher, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering, synthesizing and interpreting information that is relevant to Netguru,
  • Conducting desk research with the use of a data-driven approach,
  • Creating client and industry profiles and translating them into insights,
  • Working on understanding the market challenges of potential clients,
  • Presenting the required data during meetings,
  • Managing, enriching, and maintaining strategic outbound sales data,
  • Fulfilling requests for data visualizations,
  • Building ad-hoc and recurring reports and dashboards,
  • Providing administrative and technical support to the Outbound Sales team,
  • Implementing improvements, automations, and optimizations in processes,
  • Supporting various projects and cross-team initiatives,
  • Cooperating closely with the Outbound Sales and Growth departments.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support related roles: sales enablement, market research, sales analysis, market analysis,
  • A very good command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+); Polish is not required,
  • Exceptional research, analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Tech-savvy person, ability to learn and adapt to new software technology quickly,
  • Familiarity with a fast-paced reporting environment,
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate well with other teams,
  • Attention to detail, independency, proactivity,
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively,
  • Creativity in assigned tasks,
  • Ability to turn data into insights.

Nice-to-haves:
  • Some level of experience in or knowledge of new technologies and IT,
  • Good presentation skills,
  • Working knowledge of CRM and automation tools.

What are the steps?

The process will involve: task, meetings with Market Researcher and Head of Outbound Sales.

Benefits

Salary ranges: 4800 - 7800 PLN (UoP) or 5750 - 9375 PLN (B2B)
