Job Description

The mission for the Account Manager is to be the trusted advisor of our clients, assure their satisfaction and continuous desire to use the spaceOS platform. We expect you to achieve the following:


1. Achieve an upsell of at least 20% on your managed accounts.

· Help customers convince their regional teams to roll out spaceOS to their broader portfolio

· Be the champion of spaceOS and its new features in the account-managed organisations

2. Keep the satisfaction level of all your managed customers at 8.5 / 10 or higher

· Assure the spaceOS platform is deeply used amp; understood

· Assure great service from the Customer Success team and be the customer’s advocate within spaceOS team

3. Keep the Product Team informed on customer key needs amp; requirements

· Produce monthly reports on key features desired/required by your managed customers

· Be the client’s teacher and consultant assuring maximum feature usage amp; minimum customization

  • Flexibility Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
  • Teamwork Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.
  • Languages - Fluent in English plus at least one other European language
