Job Description

We need an enthusiastic individual to join our Sales Operations team, who likes digging into details to solve problems and provide admin and system support to our sellers throughout the sales process. We need an individual with attention to detail, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to the success of the sales team no matter how big or small the task at hand is. This role will have broad responsibilities and will contribute with data management in CRM, daily support of our sellers, sales data reporting and regular analysis for sharing with the wider team.

We are moving into new markets, developing fresh propositions from scratch, and driving disruption across the global mobility market. You will be self-sufficient, curious, fun to work with but difficult when you need to be.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Reporting

  • Ensure data quality across all CRM objects audit data and take corrective action
  • Regular reporting and analysis of data (e.g. pipeline, leads, accounts/customers, sales cycles, win rates)


Sales Support

  • CRM user support for new sellers and assist with updates when required
  • Liaise with Commercial, Marketing and other teams on sales related matters
  • Administrating sales data, accurate input of all order amp; customer related details
  • Assist with obtaining contract signature via Docusign and manage compliance with sales documentation
  • Instructions for handover from Sales to Operations and Billing when manual intervention required
  • Perform other duties assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization
  • Process purchase orders from customers for provisioning and billing
  • Backup for peers on all aspects of sales enablement and effectiveness


Process Compliance and user support

  • Support preparation of customer proposals and define standards for best practice (RFPs, RFQs, Bid preparation support)
  • Support sales process compliance in validating order forms, purchase orders and agreements
  • Update Sharepoint with relevant information, like processes and useful information for sellers and ensure that best practices are applied by the sales team
  • Contribute with ideas to process improvements in the end-to-end sales process

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Good command of English, verbal and written. Other languages beneficial (e.g. Dutch or German)
  • Attention to details not afraid to get stuck in to details to solve a query
  • Proven work experience in Sales Support/Admin or Proposal/Bid support
  • Hands on experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) amp; MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to attack any task, big or trivial
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Analytical and logical
