• Proactive sales to strategic partners.
• Identify, qualify and convert leads into paying clients using outbound sales activities.
• Establish with new clients and secure contracts that reach assigned sales quotas and objectives.
• Maintain a high level of service awareness, with full mastery, to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
• Make presentations to senior executives and decision-makers.
• Preparation and delivery of commercial proposals to potential clients from the understanding of the needs of each one of them.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Successfully onboard and transition customers to customers success team after the sales process.
• Create successful business cases and implement your ideas.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of successful working experience in B2B Sales (preferably in the e-commerce, food, or grocery sector).
• You are a hustler, persistent to follow up on every follow-up till the deal is closed. No one can stop you!
• You have a proven track record of identifying customer needs and creating business cases.
• Talent to listen to your customers and give insightful feedback on how faster delivery helps their business.
• You are a great communicator and negotiator.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You have great knowledge of English allowing you to freely communicate in a multinational organization.
