We are currently looking for a Head of Group Product to join our Group Management Team.
Our Head of Group Product will effectively lead cross-functional collaboration towards developing products that exceed our customers’ expectations. Starting from products’ conception and design up to implementation and launch phases, the Head of Group Product will need to consider and efficiently synthesize all technical and business aspects of solutions offered. Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Analyze customer/user needs, internal or external, designing products that solve complexity and create extraordinary value
- Create specific product roadmaps having defined a clear vision of product needs, targets and deliverables
- Collaborate effectively across functions and align priorities and timelines with internal stakeholders
- Lead product development establishing solid product requirements and features’ prioritization and rationalization
- Define optimal solutions in close cooperation with the Technology Team and monitor product development progress
- Discuss, challenge and conceptualize ideas, designs and new features with the Team
- Become the go-to person for assigned products having gained extensive knowledge of products, solutions and services
- Build and lead a high performing Product Team
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field
- Proven work experience of +4 years in software product management
- Thorough technical knowledge with understanding of software and web development is a must
- Hands-on experience in software and web development is considered a plus
- Obsession with user experience
- Highly capable in problem-solving and working effectively in a matrix environment
- A data-driven thinker with high attention to detail
- Advanced analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
- A team-player and can-do attitude with a results-driven approach in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment
