Your mission
You will take responsibility in organizing meetings and events
You will analyze competitors’ fleet offers and activities
You will provide administrative support to Fleet Sales Department
You will provide support in preparation of marketing materials
Your role is also to prepare reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, analyse and present results
You will prepare ad hoc reports and statistics
You will prepare profitability calculations
You will provide support in offers’ preparation
You will be the contact for other departments and external partners
Job Specification
We need someone with
ongoing university studies
available for work at least for 1 year
available for min. 30 working hours / week
advanced level English, Excel and PowerPoint skills
good interpersonal, communication, coordination and analytical skills
ability to learn fast and ambition to grow within the organization
driving license (B) with active experience is preferred
