What you’ll be doing
Position: Production Worker (ALU joinery)
Location: Sint-Truiden, Belgium (work based on-site)
Duties:
Employment details:
Full-time, rotational shifts. Rate: 2022 EUR net/hour (B2B with A1). Option for Polish employment contract or mandate contract (1618 EUR net/hour). Free company accommodation (2-person rooms, utilities and internet included). Housing allowance when renting privately (+2 EUR net/hour). Reimbursement of travel costs/mileage between accommodation and workplace.

- Work in a production hall or on-site installation
- Production of aluminum joinery
- Operation of production and CNC machines
- Assembly of pre-prepared aluminum profiles
- Construction of window frames
- Installation of fittings, locks, and seals
- Installation of insulated glass units
- Quality control of finished components

What we’re looking for
Must have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in window production (mandatory)
- Practical technical/handyman skills
- Good knowledge of English (minimum A2 level) mandatory
- Driving license category B (own car is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a team
- Accuracy, independence, and attention to detail
- Commitment and willingness for long-term cooperation
