Position: Car Bodyshop Worker (on-site, full-time, morning shift)
Role overview
As a Car Bodyshop Worker you will perform body repairs, parts replacement and preparation for painting in a modern automotive workshop. Work includes metal and plastic repair, sanding, masking, degreasing, applying primers and dismantling/assembling some mechanical components. You will inspect drive systems, suspension and chassis components and use methods such as PDR, spotter and puller for dent repair. The role requires independent, accurate work and teamwork, with ongoing learning to keep up with repair technologies.
Compensation & benefits
Salary options depend on contract type:
• Contractor (own business + A1): approx. 2830 net/hour
• Polish employment contract: approx. 2426 net/hour
Additional benefits:

What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Proficient in English or Dutch
- Experience: Minimum ~3 years in vehicle body repair; experienced (non-managerial)
- Technical skills: Replace body parts; reconfigure body equipment (e.g., doors); repair minor dents using PDR, spotter, puller; repair/touch up plastic parts; prepare surfaces for painting (clean, fill, sand); sand new parts; mask, vacuum, degrease vehicles; apply primers; dismantle/assemble certain mechanical parts; inspect drive system, suspension, chassis
- Other: Ability to work independently and in a team, organized and precise, willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
- Licenses: Valid category B driving license and access to a vehicle
