Job Description

Team: Merchant Experience

Reporting to: Merchant Support Lead

Location: Warsaw, Cracow

What the role involves

  • Submitting and updating merchants’ data in our system
  • Performing changes in our system
  • Supporting merchant and partner onboarding tasks
  • Solving ad-hoc cases of incoming merchants

Requirements

  • You are a 3rd - 5th year student of Computer Science, Data Science, or any related field,
  • You are available to work with us on a full-time/part-time basis during business hours (8:00/9:00-16:00-17:00),
  • You possess strong communication skills, ability to explain your decisions to the team in written and spoken English (C1),
  • You are passionate, motivated, and eager to learn.
