The group of companies has a team of approx 20 members based in Europe (Malta, UK, Serbia, Ukraine, Nigeria, Poland etc) working with some of the leading Email Service Providers and enterprise-level across 5 countries.

Your Opportunity / What You Will Be Doing:

You will have the opportunity to grow our cutting edge email database monetization strategy.

You will be responsible for launching, analyzing and optimization of performance campaigns.

This will include:

• Day to day monitoring of campaigns sent daily to our database on behalf of our clients
• Optimization of subscriber segments
• Optimization of send times, sending platforms (Email Service Providers)
• Optimization of products, email subject lines and content, send frequency
• Optimization of A/B testing strategy, implementation of the strategy and monitoring the results
• Coming up with new subscriber activation, re-activation and engagement campaigns
• Maintaining, updating and improving the campaign calendar
• Working with the campaign scheduling team and deliverability team to maximise campaign results for our clients
• Creating and maintaining dashboards for tracking results (Tableau)
• You will also get to work directly with some of the top brands in the financial industry. As such, this position requires you to have a high level of attention to detail

Workflow:

• Daily stand up call where we prioritize the work for the day ahead, discuss and remove blockers
• End of Day call where we review the completed action items for the day

We use Jira for project management, Confluence for documentation and Slack for team communication.

Tech stack

• Proprietary CRM and tracking platform (PHP)
• Ongage, Iterable, Sendgrid, Sparkpost, smtp.com, etc
• Zapier
• Some databases are currently in Amazon AWS, some others are in-house
• Jira and Slack for project management and collaboration

The easy part of your job? Keeping on top of team workload, prioritizing tasks, allocating work, helping and facilitating the team follow our processes.

The hard part of your job? Keeping on top of a very fast-moving team and demanding business needs.

Recruiting Process:

All applicants will be asked to submit a form with basic details and a personality test and for those shortlisted, complete a 1-1 interview, a case study/test and a final in-person assessment centre.

We don't care wher you went to school or how good your grades were. We don't care how much experience you have, where you've worked, etc. And we don't want to see your titles, ‘Scrum’ qualifications or certificates. Either you think you can think critically and quickly take over project management for one or more of our teams, or you don't. That's all that matters.
