We are expanding our freight forwarding teams and currently looking for a new team members as: Freight Forwarding specialists.
Your responsibilities:
- Search for carriers import/export (partial loads), cultivation of the customer portfolio;
- Engage in cargo exchange operations. Participate in the trading of cargo on exchanges.
- Organization and control of cargo transportation according to the assigned directions;
- Collaborate with clients and partners, handle communication, and provide database support.
- Assessment of customer needs and execution of orders. Control of the movement of transport;
- Engaging in negotiations, finalizing agreements, and overseeing document management.
We believe that you:
- Accumulated at least 1-3 years of work experience in the transport or logistics sector;
- Have an understanding the intricacies of cargo transportation. ;
- Communicate in Russian, Polish (oral and written), knowledge of English is an advantage;
- Have good negotiation and communication skill;
- Demonstrating responsibility, organizational skills, results-driven focus, and the ability to manage stressful situations.
