Project Description: A transformation initiative within the digital marketing realm. Its primary objectives include replacing outdated IT solutions with newer cloud-based versions. The goal is to implement new operational methods focused on standardization and automation, along with integrating simpler processes. Ultimately, the project aims to enhance the quality of marketing delivery by reducing time-to-market and ensuring greater consistency in both marketing and technical data.
Requirements
Technical qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager in the automotive industry.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and team management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to address challenges and drive consensus.
- Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a keen awareness of customer needs and priorities, prioritizing customer outcomes in decision-making processes.
- Experienced in working with data and facilitating workshops.
- Fluent written and spoken English amp; Polish
- AzureDevOps knowledge would be a plus
