The Role
As we embark on the rebranding journey for our products, we are actively seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team remotely from Poland or Ukraine. Your crucial role in implementing our rebrand will significantly impact the development and scalability of our visual identity across all design initiatives at iDeals.
Working closely with Senior Graphic Designers and collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will report directly to our Lead, Graphic Design based in the UK. Your creative contributions will play a key role in maintaining a consistent and impactful visual presence for iDeals.What You Will Do

• Apply our brand assets seamlessly across print and digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with senior designers on the execution of cross-discipline marketing materials and campaigns
• Leverage Figma for crafting asset libraries, brand sheets, illustrations, infographics, icons, ads, social media content, and emails
• Create presentations, decks, brochures, ebooks, and whitepapers using Illustrator or InDesign, ensuring optimal export for print design and brand merchandise
• Select, retouch, and organize photos/images
• Stay abreast of new design approaches, consistently researching and analyzing current trends in design, color, art, and photography
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and foster collaboration within international teams, contributing your creative expertise to elevate our brand across diverse channels

What We Look For

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design
• Proven track record of consistently implementing design solutions in alignment with brand guidelines
• Showcased portfolio featuring elegant, engaging, and business-focused designs across diverse disciplines
• Possess a strong grasp of visual design, design theory, and brand identity systems
• Proficient in utilizing Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with expertise in Google Slides and Keynote
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) in both oral and written communication, enabling effective collaboration with international teams

Nice To Have

• Ability to create simple transitions and typography animations using After Effects
