We are currently seeking a talented: Business Development Project Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business development projects focused on the Polish to-EU market.
- Actively search for new prospective business customers, initiating and coordinating sales processes;
- Identify and evaluate market trends, opportunities, and potential clients to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic plans, including market analysis, customer targeting, and setting sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, highlighting areas for improvement or potential risks.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Everwest's services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and project management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Solid understanding of the Polish and EU markets, logistics operations, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
