ICEYE is building and operating its commercial constellation of small Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data available to customers. Our satellites acquire images of Earth at any time even when it’s cloudy or dark providing commercial and government partners with unmatched persistent monitoring capabilities. Information derived from our SAR images helps customers make data-driven decisions to address time-critical challenges in various sectors, such as maritime, disaster management, insurance, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer operation:

  • Demonstrate strong judgment in customer interactions, leveraging an in-depth understanding of company’s product, workflow, support, and services.
  • Orders management, submission to delivery
  • Satellite resources planning, feasibility study for satellite imagery

Pre-sales operational stakeholders:

  • Evaluate project feasibility by leading early operational capability assessment, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project intricacies.
  • Collaborate closely with Customers, Sales, and Customer Excellence to align contractual scopes of work with operational requirements.
  • Effectively scope requirements by distinguishing between fundamental, must-have, and nice-to-have elements based on their impact and feasibility.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement comprehensive test plans and analyze results.

Strategic leadership in long-term Initiatives:

  • Drive operational efficiency and quality assurance strategy, emphasizing collaboration, leading streamlining processes, maintaining standardized internal and external metrics, demonstrating a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Order to delivery as the central scope
  • Actively participate in developing pre-sales requirements and product initiatives and demonstrate leadership in efficiency-focused engineering projects.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with customer excellence and engineering teams to integrate automation strategies into operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Engineering amp; Project Management:
    • Proficient documentation and track record of standardized metrics for quality and continuous improvement.
    • Engineering requirements and project management skills in a B2B customer-centric environment.
    • Familiarity with GIS/remote sensing; hands-on B2B customer service.
  • Interpersonal amp; Analytical Skills:
    • Fluent in written/spoken English.
    • Attention to detail, sustained accuracy, and team-player attitude.
    • Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for continuous improvement.
  • Technical Competencies:
    • Competency in Windows OS, MS Office.
    • Familiarity with man-in-the-loop processes.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • SAR background
  • Knowledge of Knowledge of EO programs, like QGIS, SNAP, SaVoir
  • Knowledge in Python, Power BI for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service efficiency metrics
