The ultimate goal of 10Clouds and the main focus for the Pre-sales team is helping our clients define and ship valuable products. We deliver products that are valuable, fit-for-purpose and easy to maintain.

That is why we are currently looking for a Senior Presales Engineer to work closely with our Sales Team and Delivery team to provide expertise in discovering our clients needs. You will be managing the full scope of pre-sales related activities and taking part in various tasks such as discovery calls, research, estimations and solution design.

As 10Clouds already has quite come active fintech engagements and we intend to dive into this industry even more in near future, we are looking for someone with an interest at the current fintech industry.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer, your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the technical aspects of the pre-sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Preparing and presenting high-quality business and technical solution artifacts to clients, incorporating relevant business context, references, and proposed approaches.
  • Leading in-depth technical discovery sessions to identify client needs and key business requirements.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with comprehensive technical solution, and pricing information.
  • Assisting clients in transforming their ideas into reality thorough research, proof-of-concept development, technical solution proposals, and delivery stage estimation.
  • Participating in workshops to help clients architect their products and create comprehensive backlogs.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, ensuring our solutions remain innovative and competitive in the market.
  • By fulfilling these responsibilities, you'll play a crucial role in driving our pre-sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of our clients and organization.

Requirements

What you bring to the table
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in engineering or consulting, with a focus on web-based application development using technologies such as Python, Django and NodeJS.
  • A diverse technical background that enables you to propose hld and lld system architectures, with data-oriented focus.
  • Analytical mindset that allows you to identify potential technical and performance risks.
  • Strong ability to contextualize proposed technical solutions within a broader business environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the product delivery process.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and comprehending the customer's market landscape.
  • Expertise in developing, presenting, and justifying proposed solutions to clients.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced work environments.
  • Awareness of current technology trends and their potential impact on the industry.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • A business-oriented mindset, focused on delivering value to clients and driving success.

  • Knowledge about blockchain and AI
  • Experience with frontend technologies (Javascript, ReactJS)
