Euronet EFT division seeks to employ a Head of Sales. You will be responsible for managing team of qualified sales professionals, designing, preparing and executing sales targets amp; providing sales reports as well as communication and negotiations with internal clients (Finance/Marketing/Operation/Legal).

Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Sales Managers to support their ongoing pipeline execution
- Developing sales actions aiming reaching new prospects
- Creating long lasting relationships with key clients
- Defining sales targets and ongoing performance monitoring
- Preparing training program for Sales Managers
- Attending the meetings with key prospects
- Daily contact with other units to ensure proper communication related to sales process
- Assessing pricing policy and providing required adjustments
General Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of Head of Sales position (or similar) experience in a multinational organization within the financial services, banking, or E-Commerce sectors.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process with average duration between 3 - 6 months
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Driving license and readiness to travel across Poland
Competencies:
- Well-developed soft skills in terms of managing the people
- Ability to communicate and lead meetings with C-Level executives (internally and externally)
- Hands-on approach as you should be proactive in terms of defining Sales unit activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and oral
- Strong planning and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging and international environment is essential. Proactive in anticipating problems and potential solutions well in advance
