  • Fluent English language skills (C1, C2)
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to connect research findings with actionable business goals
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions in complex situations
  • Strong core technical business analysis skillset
  • Analytical thinking, solution oriented and flexible personality with experience in communication with management of different levels
  • A positive can-do mindset
  • A confident and outgoing personality with a passion for networking and engaging with different people
