The Role
Our team has grown 4 times in the past 4 years, reaching over 400 people in 27 countries worldwide. As we actively scale our global Sales function, we anticipate even faster team growth ahead.
We are looking for a talented and dynamic Onboarding Trainer to ensure that new members of our EMEA sales team reach full proficiency. With a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, you will oversee onboarding cohorts, delivering training while addressing challenges and optimizing the onboarding process.Collaborating closely with Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will report to Lisa Giusto, our Director of Sales Enablement. What You Will Do
  • Manage onboarding cohorts, ensuring a smooth and organised onboarding experience for new hires in the sales team
  • Conduct engaging and informative onboarding training sessions
  • Review and update onboarding materials regularly
  • Gather and act on feedback for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to projects optimising the onboarding process
  • Track and ensure that new hires achieve onboarding KPIs
  • Utilise data to assess and report on the impact of onboarding trainings
  • Provide support to colleagues in areas such as coaching, and upscaling training when needed
What We Look For
  • 1-2 years of sales experience with 2-3 years in the training field
  • Strong English proficiency (C1-C2 level) in both verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of sales and onboarding processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Empathetic approach in interactions with new hires
  • Effective relationship-building and team collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and engage learners
  • Proficiency in using data to assess performance and make informed decisions
