About The Role

As a Sales Operations and Enablement Manager, you will be pivotal in optimising our sales strategy, processes, and systems. Your focus will be on enhancing the overall effectiveness and productivity of our sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. Reporting to the CRO, this newly created role will be a key player in the sales leadership team.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyse and refine our sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices to enhance the entire sales lifecycle. Including best practice rollout for lead gen, qualification and conversion. Implementing and managing sales automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the management of sales data and analytics. Generate actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Provide training and support for sales tools and CRM systems. Overseeing CRM and designing the step by step outreach sequence that continuously is optimized towards activity to opp conversion increase. Increasing conversion of connections and clicks across email and calls.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts. Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and other teams. Ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
  • Sales Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement training programs for the sales team. Facilitate onboarding processes for new sales hires.

About You

To excel in this role you will have the following -

  • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales technologies, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience within sales ops, ideally in a similar size sales environment.
