Employment form: regular employment contract, in Wroclaw/hybridIdeally, you have:- min. two years’ experience in IT talent acquisition, along with some experience as a team leader,
- enthusiasm for working with people
- outstanding communication skills and proactive approach to work
- high level of interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team,
- excellent follow-up and time management skills,
- self-reliance, perseverance and good organizational skills,
- impeccable manners, positive attitude and a sense of humour,
- an open mind, flexibility and a creative approach to recruitment activities and sourcing candidates,
- ability to adapt to changing priorities
- experience in working in an international environment amp; passion for technology will be a plus
- min. intermediate+ level of English
- Polish speaking skills on at least B2 level
Your daily tasks:- leading a small team of recruiters,
- being a point of contact and cooperating with hiring managers,
- coordinating ongoing processes, managing the pipeline
- drawing and posting technical job ads,
- if needed - sourcing candidates in various ways (e.g. from social media, technical events, employee referrals, social media recruitment, new ideas, etc.),
- networking and building long-term relations with candidates,
- pre-selection of candidates and conducting introductory interviews, some can be in English
- coordinating all stages of recruitment processes
- promoting the company’s unique culture as a great place to work,
- keeping candidates’ records in the company ATS (Lever),
- collaborating with recruitment agencies and negotiating best deals with job boards
