Currently, we are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Talent Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Department. As a Talent Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent strategy and ensuring seamless collaboration between various teams.

Requirements
As a Talent Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with Business Development Representatives to identify current and future talent needs.
- Lead weekly catch-ups, providing strategic advice and consultation.
- Monitor project situations, identifying talent opportunities, changes, and rotations.
- Ensure effective collaboration between teams and key stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal clients in talent-related matters.
- Facilitate communication flow and address blockers between teams.
- Monitor trends in demand and supply to advise on recruitment strategies.
- Help to identify job requirements and success criteria for opportunities.
- Oversee talent allocation and acquisition processes on specific accounts.
- Represent Talent Teams (TA and RM) in front of Business Development Teams and vice versa.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Senior Recruiters/Talent Allocation Specialists with 3-5 years of experience.
- Client-facing role experience.
- End-to-end recruitment experience.
- Offer negotiation experience.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of meeting KPIs and targets.
- Internal Netguru knowledge and relations with Hiring Managers.
