Join the Netguru crew as a Content Marketing Specialist in our Growth Department!

Let us guide you through your main responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining content funnels for key services and leading key campaigns.
• Cooperating with the Content Team Leader and Head of Growth in defining and maintaining the strategy for key marketing channels.
• Writing, editing, and creating various marketing content or coordinating the process of acquiring content from external authors.
• Creating engaging content and website copy to generate leads.
• Building content relationships with our target audiences.
• Optimizing the results of activities in various channels.
• Creating and executing ideas for out-of-the-box content engaging various stakeholders.
• Supporting other team members in creating their own content.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Skills in independent end-to-end content delivery.
• A passion for topics such as innovation, technology, business.
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns.
• Experience in creating content strategies to win interest and trust of specific target groups.
• Know-how in creating, editing, and promoting various types of copy from short slogans to articles, case studies, and reports and other longer formats.
• Experience in creating assets in Canva.
• Familiarity with SEO basics amp; tools (Ahrefs, SEOSsurfer or other).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. CEFR C1).
• Ability to manage your own delivery pipeline to ensure timely results.
• Impressive communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of marketing automation ecosystems such as Hubspot.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEOSsurfer or other).
• Experience in managing email marketing campaigns.
• A background in journalism, public relations, philology, or a related communications field.
• A portfolio of blogs, websites, social media profiles or similar content that you have created yourself.
