We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team in Warsaw or remotely.

The project:
Redesigning the existing client portal: The portal currently serves mainly to retrieve patient medical records from the client's medical facilities and then allow certain lawyers to view those records, for the purposes of their cases. It essentially acts as a "gateway" filtering who can see what and has a reasonably basic, database-driven design. The client has changed the perception of this portal from a simple gateway to a much more comprehensive dashboard, which in the future will be able to play a much more critical and broader role in the client's operations (introducing dashboards, appointment scheduling, AI/LLM elements), hence the need to design a new version of the portal.
As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for crafting beautiful UI and styling the web application using Tailwind CSS. Implementing and integrating more compound web components. You will be in close collaboration with the team (Designer and Backend Engineer) to make sure the implementation meets requirements and help and train the QA team with cross-browser and automated testing.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CSS
- 4/5 years of experience working as a frontend developer
- Good knowledge of Tailwind CSS
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, at least C1
- Attention to detail and sense of aesthetics, from clean code to beautiful UI
Nice to have
- Being familiar with any of the established design systems
- Familiarity with Flowbite or Untitled UI (Fimga’s UI Kit)
- Experience with tools like Figma
- Basic understanding of HTMX library
- Experience with frontend frameworks like Alpine.js, React, or Vue
- Experience with backend templating systems like Django, Rails, or PHP
- Experience with using Docker and Docker Compose
- Experience in creating automated tests (unit or e2e)
