InDesk is a remote receptionists service designed specifically for Medical Aesthetics clinics based in the UK. We answer all calls, emails, WhatsApp and text messages of new and existing patients, booking appointments and answering their questions. InDesk empowers front of house, allowing both practitioners and receptionists to remain work-life balance and focus on what matters most - patients. THE ROLE:
You will be working alongside the Product and Marketing team in our company. For starters, we would like you to be involved in basic SEO tasks and research for the Product team, and support the Marketing team in social media content creation and editing, including copywriting and publishing using AI tools. We are open to your new ideas and we want to help you grow during this internship.
Requirements
- Availability 20 hours per week,
- Advanced English skills (the whole recruitment process is held in English),
- Fast-learning skills,
- Proactiveness in holding researches and gathering necessary information,
- Creativity,
- Interest in social media and content creation,
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience in moderating social media,
- Familiarity with Canva (or a similar graphic design software),
- Video editing skills,
- Copywriting skills,
- Basic SEO knowledge.

DETAILS:
- Civil contract (umowa zlecenie),
- Potential long term cooperation,
- 28,10 - 31 PLN per hour.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Based on received CVs, we will contact only selected candidates. The recruitment process consists of 3 stages:
- 30 minutes online interview with me (HR Manager).
- A short task proving your research and presenting data abilities.
- 45 minutes online interview with Marta (Product Manager) and Gosia (Marketing Team Leader).
Once we will contact you, you will be receiving feedback from me after each stage of the recruitment process.
