Job Description

As Technical Project Manager you will report to our Chief Technical Officer and lead a coordinated effort to strategically mature and develop technical input with commercial options to design successful projects. You will partner with our commercial team to drive projects from origination, through feasibility stage and to contract execution. As Technical Project Manager you will be expected to have[MGI1] a deep understanding of how options and decisions related to subsurface, drilling and facility design are interlinked and impact project results, with the ability to identify alternative concepts that can be compared to support management decisions on optimal economical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Partner and align with Commercial to advance opportunities.
  • Drive and be responsible for the technical maturation of project opportunities, including the costing process, technical concept selection, planning and workflows.
  • Liaise closely across the technical department and the Innargi organization to ensure alignment of technical feasibility with customer and commercial targets.
  • Manage the technical aspects of project maturation and delivery including customer partnering.
  • In person meetings with customers, working through technical issues and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Drive activities related to licensing and data access.
  • Understand and know district heating system (technical parameters and KPI’s, transition plans amp; technical solutions in use)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering[MGI2] , geoscience or other related subject.
  • Technical background with significant hands-on experience within business development, technical screening, concept selection (heating, subsurface, drilling and surface), permitting, appraisal, project execution, operations and integration with dhn.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To succeed in this role, it is important that you are solution oriented, proactive and have the ability to drive project teams to successful outcomes.
  • Fluency in English along with either German or Polish.
  • More than 5 years of experience with the district heating sector in Poland
