We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SeniorQA Automation Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis.
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play an important role role in improving the quality of software products through automation testing. You will work closely with technical and product management department teams, you will design, develop and execute automated test scripts.
We are open for freelancers ready to jump to the project from Monday! (18.09)
Salary:
B2B: 140 - 160 PLN/h
Location:
Kraków, Lublin, Remote (EU based)
Responsibilities:
Cooperate with cross-functional teams (especially with Engineering and QA team) to develop test strategies and plans.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
Perform end-to-end testing, regression testing, and integration testing
Continuously expand and enhance the test automation suite to cover new features and functionalities.
Execute performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure optimal system performance.
Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline
Cooperate closely with QA and Engineering teams
Validate the software we are using for Automation to identify possible improvements or changes in tools and frameworks.
Provide clear and comprehensive documentation for test plans and cases.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience in test automation and scripting.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
- Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools like GitHub
- Strong communication skills
- English language skills at B2+ level
