Role Description:
You will be working as a software backend engineer responsible for the programming and development of applications and software using Java.
Software Engineer responsibilities include defining software requirements, writing clean and efficient code for various applications and running tests to improve system functionality. They are involved throughout the entire development life cycle of a product and must be able to identify and analyze any issues or problems and be able to come up with an efficient solution.
Role Expectations:
The engineer will be working closely with the product owners, solution architects, QA and other software engineers to fulfill the requirements. The engineer should:

Qualifications/Experience
Education : University degree with focus on IT or equivalent.
Experience : Minimum 8 years in Software Engineering in IT.
Technical Skills (must-have): Spring Framework Ecosystem, Java 8+, Microservices, RESTful and SOAP
APIs, GIT flows, Maven/Gradle, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, GCP etc.),
Technical Skills (nice-to-have) : Release Management Automation, event-driven and streaming architectures (e.g. Kafka)
Soft Skills : Knowledge of Scrum and agile principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, understanding of different culture
