What we are looking for:
- Ability to design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools such as cypress.io, Detox, or Selenium
- SaaS experience or experience testing web services
- Experience with various types of testing
- Experience with API (e.g. REST) testing
Bonus point if...
- You have experience with performance and/or security testing
- You have experience with defining test strategies
- You have some experience with Javascript
What can you expect from a usual day:
- Work well in an agile software engineering environment
- Updates to test sets, test data preparation, testing strategy optimization
- Development and execution of automation tests using open source tools as cypress.io, detox
- Manual testing of non-automated test sets
- Learning amp; self development
- Ensuring quality of deliverables (test runs, quality amp; stability reports)
- Close collaboration with the development team
What else to expect:
- Test sets and test data preparation, test strategies preparation
- Improving QA process, talking to QA community at CloudTalk and defining common sense of testing approaches
