Role Overview:

After years of unprecedented growth, we are looking for Head of Operations and Supply Chain, to manage key processes in the organization.

Role is reporting directly to the CEO, and candidate will be responsible end-to-end for supply chain, production, logistics, warehousing, inventory management and IT coordination.

Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of professionals, equipping them with the necessary resources, and streamlining our operations for optimal efficiency.

We are looking for a candidate, with a proven track record of professionalising other production business, ideally in the apparel space.

What will you do:

• Overseeing the entire supply chain process to ensure timely production and delivery to both wholesale and e-commerce clients.
• Managing inventory levels, working with Heads of Wholesale, Marketing and E-commerce to ensure right production schedules and inventory orders
• Identifying areas for improvement in the supply chain process and making recommendations for process enhancement.
• Selecting, implementing and maintaining IT systems allowing for efficient business operations.
• Ensuring accurate tracking and management of inventory to minimize waste and overstocking.
• Managing vendor relationships and holding vendors accountable for meeting delivery and quality expectations.
• Coordinating customer service operations.
• Monitoring and analyzing supply chain metrics to identify areas of opportunity or potential risks
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations

As the Head of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring smooth processes and alignment with our business objectives.

Requirements

Who You Are:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, excellent people management skills, and the ability to make decisions under pressure. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience, with proven, hands-on experience in scaling operations in the production amp; retail business from 25-60m to 100-200m PLN per year.
• Track record in delivering improvements in supply-chain, production, logistics and warehousing.
• Familiarity with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, ideally from implementation to maintenance stages.
• Strong leadership skills, able to build and grow their team, as well as collaborate effectively with the whole organization.

• Experience in the Apparel and Fashion industry or other relevant retail field is a great advantage
