The Product Manager - Operations position, is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join the Product team at Displate, and help lead the visioning, roadmap, and build of internal tooling to help us manage our operations and logistics. This will include identifying project objectives, organizing and aligning teams, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and managing all aspects of the project from initiation to closure.

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
What will you do?
- Help create and shape the vision for what Displate’s internal tooling needs are to drive efficiency through our production and financial operations and logistics
- Effectively communicate this vision to staff and stakeholders from Finance, Manufacturing Production, Logistics and Customer Support
- Conduct internal stakeholder interviews to collect feedback to inform our product decisions
- Lead, plan and develop detailed project plans that identify key milestones, required resources, risks, and timelines.
- Create and oversee a roadmap for how we achieve the vision for this product
- Manage the backlog and craft user stories as needed
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor project performance, quality, and deliverables.
- Manage all project communication, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and escalating issues as needed.

General expectations:
- 3+ years’ proven experience in product management, taking products from idea to delivery
- Have been a part of selecting or implementing an ERP system/internal tools/inventory management/logistics (nice to have)
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- Sound business and technical acumen, with the ability to navigate complex business needs and solutions.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with NewRelic monitoring or similar system
- Understanding concepts of software programming
- AWS experience, scaling applications in AWS environment
- Optimization of PGSQL database for huge load traffic
- Java experience
- Python/bash for scripts
- Google Cloud would also be great
