The role
We're looking for a Regional Account Manager - a cross-market coordinator to help support our global flagship client's growth in CEN (Polandamp;Finland) and the CEE (Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary amp; Adriatics) markets in combination with sister media agency, Assembly Media.
This role will provide knowledge of local publishers, platforms and bridge the gap between global and regional strategy. We're looking for someone who is proactive, well-organised and who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results; someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
The account management function is the main point of contact between Assembly/Locaria and its clients across all agency services. Working across all internal teams, the AM function is uniquely positioned within the business to ensure clients ambitions are realised in a timely, consistent and commercially conscious manner.

Responsibilities
- Act as account manager across the Poland/CEE market for our flagship client
- Develop excellent client relationships with regional stakeholders across products/departments
- Work with internal channel teams to manage priorities across channels and ensure client deadlines are met
- Have a multichannel view of all priorities/tasks across channels. Work with channel teams and the client to project manage these amp; set client expectations for delivery
- Support the delivery of brief responses with the regional media director, while ensuring all project plans and process documents are maintained
- Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate
Requirements
- Experience of working within the Polish or CEE markets with knowledge of local publishers, media platforms and audience targeting technology
- Profound digital media planning experience, preferably in display/social/search/performance: experience with Adform, CM360, DV360, Meta Business Manager or Google Analytics will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal English)
- Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and multitask, working with all internal agency departments, and integrate with external agency partners
