We are looking for the ideal candidate to perform the following tasks:
Responsible for the internal campaign operations qualitatively - within time, budget, accuracy agreed upon with Client Success Manager (CSM).
This role is the key stakeholder in our Client Success team that drives the operational client delivery.
- You are responsible to create and sustain an efficient, compliant and profitable workflow, acting as system expert and internal advisor to design and creation of our campaigns, based on the service catalogue and system possibilities.
- You are part of the international client success team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are the field expert, detects and contributes to best practices.
- You provide transparency and are pro-active on leading indicators to drive client success with high quality and in time.
- You report to the Lead Client Operations.
Process Accountabilities:
Requirements
More than 1 year of experience "Compaing Operation Manager" or experience working on the back-end of any system.
Preferably German, French, Portuguese
